Our experience includes developing housing strategies to support underserved populations and stabilize communities in times of economic hardship. We’ve designed and administered first-of-their-kind foreclosure rehabilitation programs for cities across California, created extensive property and project databases for potential development, and drafted long-range housing strategic plans to meet ambitious affordable housing targets. Notably, CivicHome has established and managed regional housing trusts in multiple regions, developing policies and coordinating requests for professional services—critical steps in establishing sustainable operations.

We pride ourselves on our ability to secure and manage funding through local, state, and federal grant programs. On behalf of our clients, we’ve secured and managed the deployment of nearly $70 million in grant funding and awarded NOFA project funding for over 2,000 affordable units.
