Adam Eliason

(pronounced “E-Listen”)

Adam currently serves as Trust Manager for both the Orange County Housing Finance Trust and the Gateway Cities Affordable Housing Trust. He also led the full formation and launch of the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Regional Housing Trust and administered the Trust during its inaugural year, including managing the RFP process to select its permanent Trust Manager.

With a unique perspective gained from both establishing and managing regional housing trusts, Adam brings deep expertise in trust governance, funding strategies, and program implementation. Over the past six years, he has secured more than $70 million in federal, state, and local grant funding and launched programs that have supported over 30 affordable housing developments, resulting in more than 2,000 new housing units.

CivicHome was recently selected by the South Bay Cities Council of Governments to lead the feasibility and due diligence effort to explore the formation of a new regional housing trust, including a strategic plan, housing needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, funding and program design, and preparation of governance and policy documents. Adam is closely tracking the formation and funding guidelines of the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency and the role Measure A funding can play as a recurring revenue source for regional housing trusts in Los Angeles County.
